பொன்னுத்தாய் பாட்டி மீட்பும் உறவுகளுடன் இணைப்பும் / Ponnuthai Grandma Rescue and Reunion

வயதான மூதாட்டி ஒருவர் துவரிமான் கிராமத்து கோவிலில் தனியாக இருப்பதை அறிந்து ஈரநிலம் நண்பர்கள் குழுவைச் சேர்ந்த சமூக ஆர்வலர் 14567 என்ற முதியோர் உதவி எண்ணை  தொடர்பு கொண்டு மூதாட்டியின் நிலையை தெரிவித்தார். அதனை தொடர்ந்து முதியோர் உதவி கள அதிகாரி திரு. ஞானகுரு அவர்கள் மீட்பு வாகன உதவி , தன்னார்வலர் உதவி மற்றும் மூதாட்டியை பார்த்துக்கொள்ள தற்காலிகமான இடம் ஆகிய உதவிகளுக்கு அடைக்கலம் இலவச முதியோர் இல்லத்தை தொடர்பு கொண்டார்.  கேட்டுக்கொண்டதற்கு இணங்க உதவிகளுக்கு சம்மதித்து உதவிட விழைந்தோம்.

Old Grandmother was found abandoned in a Temple at Thuvariman, Village. Social Activist from thuvarimaan dialled 14567 Elder helpline to seek help for the grandmother. Immediately Elderline field officer Mr. Gnanaguru contacted Adaikkalam Free old age home for vehicle support , Volunteer support, and temporary shelter to take care of her. After checking the availabilities Adaikkalam Free old age home agreed for all the needs and the manager Mr.Srinivasan and the Volunteer Mr.Keerthivasan started and reached the spot with the rescue vehicle where Mr. Gnanaguru joined them.  After an usual investigation with the grandmother they came to know that she lost her memory . She lost her way while coming to madurai from Sivakasi and forgot the reason of her travel. Only thing she had in her memory is her name “ Ponnuthai” .  She got stuck in Madurai and her native is Sivakasi.

முதியோர் இல்ல மேலாளர் திரு. சீனிவாசன் மற்றும் தன்னார்வலர் திரு. கீர்த்திவாசன் ஆகியோர் மீட்பு வாகனத்தில் மூதாட்டி இருக்கும் இடத்திற்கு விரைந்தனர்.  கள அதிகாரி திரு. ஞானகுரு அவர்களுடன் இணைந்து மூதாட்டியிடம் அவரது நிலையை பற்றி விசாரித்ததில் அவர் ஞாபக மறதியால் அவதி படுவதை தெரிந்து கொண்டனர். மேலும் அவர் சிவகாசியில் இருந்து மதுரைக்கு வந்திருப்பதும் பாதி வழியில் அவர் வழி மறந்து காரணம் மறந்து கோவிலில் தஞ்சம் அடைந்துள்ளார் என்றும் தெரிந்து கொண்டனர்.

By following the Elder helpline guidelines grandmother was brought to Adaikkalam Free old age home , Thirunagar for temporary shelter and care after giving proper intimation in the Police Station (Nagamalai Pudhukottai) . With the same energy another task of Finding the belongings and the native place of the grandmother began by our expert in reunion – Engineer Mr.Ravi , due to the improper information from the grandmother connecting the dots between the grandmother and her belongings got bit difficult. We got to know that she was traveling to see her daughter due to her poor memory she forgot the way and reason in-between and got struck in  Madurai. After a long interaction with the help of small information from the grandmother, Er Ravi tried his move through google and reached a local village nearby the sivakasi. From that point an informer helped us to reach her daughter and we reached her son who is residing at Madurai.

முதியோர் உதவி எண் குழுவின் வழிகாட்டுதலின் படி அருகில் உள்ள நாகமலை புதுக்கோட்டை காவல் நிலையத்தில் தகவல் அளித்துவிட்டு அடைக்கலம் இலவச முதியோர் இல்லத்திற்கு தற்காலிகமாக தங்க வைத்து பார்த்து கொள்ள மீட்பு வாகனத்தில் பத்திரமாக மூதாட்டியை அழைத்து வந்தனர்.

அடுத்த கட்ட நடவடிக்கையாக மூதாட்டியின் இருப்பிடம் மற்றும் உறவினர்களை கண்டுபிடிக்கும் வேலை பொறியாளர் திரு. ரவி அவர்களால் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. மூதாட்டியின் ஞாபக மறதியினால் தேவையான தகவல்களை பெற சிறிது தாமதம் ஏற்பட்டது.  அவரது மகன் சிவகாசியில் இருப்பதும் மதுரையில் இருக்கும் தனது மகளை பார்க்க சிவகாசியில் இருந்து மதுரை வந்திருக்கிறார் என்றும் தெரிவித்தார்.  செல்லும் வழியில் ஞாபக மறதியின் காரணமாக பாதை மறந்து பயணத்தின் காரணம் மறந்து அவதி பட்டது தெரியவந்தது. திரு. ரவி அவர்களின் விடாமுயற்சியால் மூதாட்டியின் மகள் வசிக்கும் இடத்தில்  பலரின் உதவியுடன் மகளை தொடர்பு கொண்டு அவரிடம் இருந்து மகனை பற்றிய தகவல் பெற்று அவரிடம் இருந்து மூதாட்டியின் பேரனுக்கு அவரது பாட்டி வழி தவறி மதுரையில் இருக்கும் விசயத்தையும் பத்திரமாக அடைக்கலம் இலவச முதியோர் இல்லத்தில் இருப்பதையும் தெரிவித்தோம். அப்போது தான் பொன்னுத்தாய் பாட்டியின் மகன் கூறியது

“இவர் மதுரை நாகமலை அருகே இருக்கும் தனது மகன் வீட்டில் வசித்து வந்துள்ளார், அங்கிருந்து சிவகாசி அருகே உள்ள தனது மகள் வீட்டிற்கு புறப்புட்டுள்ளார், செல்லும் வழியில் தான் எங்கு உள்ளோம் என்பதை மறந்துள்ளார், பின் அருகில் உள்ள கோவிலில் தஞ்சமடைந்துள்ளார்” – பொறியாளர் ரவி .

“The Old Grandma is residing with her son at Madurai near Nagamalai Pudukottai. Unfortunately she started to reach her daughter at sivakasi by walk. But in a short distance near Thuvariman lost her memory at stopped at nearby temple for a week” said Er. Ravi (Elder Reunion Expert)

சில மணி நேரங்களில் மூதாட்டியின் பேரன் அடைக்கலம் இலவச முதியோர் இல்லத்தை அடைந்தார்.

இறுதியாக அவரிடம் இருந்து தேவையான கடிதங்களை பெற்று கொண்டு முதியோர் உதவி எண் கள அதிகாரியிடம் தெரிவித்து விட்டு மூதாட்டியை பத்திரமாக மகிழ்ச்சியாக அவரது பேரனுடன் அனுப்பி வைத்தோம்.

Within a couple of hours her grandson reached Adaikkalam Free old age home to pick their lost grandmother. Finally after completing the formal procedures we sent her back home with them happily.
